Kimberly Underhill
Ms. Underhill is a Senior Advisor of Boston Consulting Group. She served in leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Kimberly-Clark Corporation from October 2006 to September 2021, including President of North America consumer business, Global President of Kimberly-Clark Professional, President of Consumer Europe, Vice President Country Manager of U.K. and Ireland, and President of North America Group Products, Family Care. Ms. Underhill brings to our Board a broad-based business background and extensive experience in domestic and international consumer products operations, with particular strength in marketing, brand-building, strategic planning, and international business development. Ms. Underhill also gained significant international and business development experience through her senior executive positions at Kimberly-Clark.
Ms. Underhill serves as a director and member of the Audit, Development, Nominating and Governance and Remuneration committees of Glanbia PLC., a director and member of the Audit and Compensation committees of Menasha Corporation, as well as a director and member of Compensation and Nominating and Governance committees of Froedtert ThedaCareHealth, Inc.
