Blanca Gonzalez
Blanca Gonzalez currently serves as senior vice president, general manager of WSS. In this role, she is responsible for leading the strategy, vision and growth of the WSS business. With over 20 years of sneaker and retail industry experience, Blanca has built a reputation as a visionary leader known for her expertise in merchandising as well as brand and general management.
Blanca joined WSS in May 2023, bringing with her a strong passion for community-driven retail, team inclusivity and delivering authentic consumer experiences. She began her career at Nike, Inc., where she spent nearly two decades leadership roles delivering market-leading results and developing talent across North America, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada. She also previously spent time at Lululemon where she led global merchandising.
Blanca holds a bachelor’s degree in fashion marketing from the American InterContinental University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission and has previously served on the boards of the Southern California Special Olympics and the LatinX Delta Advisory Board.
