As SVP, Chief People Officer at Foot Locker North America, Michael oversees the development and execution of Foot Locker’s HR strategy.
Michael joins Foot Locker from DICK’S Sporting Goods where he most recently served as VP, Talent, with enterprise responsibility for talent management; learning and development; organization effectiveness and change; talent acquisition; teammate experience and culture; people analytics; and labor and employee relations.
Prior to joining DICK’S, Michael built more than two decades of HR leadership experience in senior roles with Honeywell, PepsiCo, and Colgate-Palmolive. His career has spanned global assignments in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, where he developed a strong record of driving organizational transformation and fostering people-centric cultures.
